Kim Cramer Larsson began his career in 1996 as an equities trader, focusing on the U.S. and Asian markets with BG Bank in London. In 1997, he relocated to BG Bank in Copenhagen (later acquired by Danske Bank in 2000), where he continued as an equities trader and portfolio manager.
Kim started using technical analysis as a trading tool in 1997, and in 2005, he was promoted to the position of Technical Analyst in the FX & Fixed Income Research department at Danske Bank. In this role, Kim focused on technical analysis of equities, equity indices, and forex pairs, and regularly conducted lectures and training sessions for clients.
From 2009 to 2012, Kim co-founded and ran Financial Trend Analysis (FTA). The company specialized in technical analysis reports, client training, and public lectures. Between 2010 and 2012, FTA was nominated several times for Technical Analysis awards by The Technical Analyst magazine. In 2012, Kim joined Saxo Bank as Senior Product Manager to help develop their new charting system.
