Gavin Wells (Moderator)
Gavin Wells joined 360TGTX in February 2020 to further the development of their FX Swaps strategy. Following the successful trial of 360TGTX MidMatch he is working with market participants to ensure full and timely adoption of this market leading platform. From 2016 to 2019 he was the Head of Europe at Digital Asset, the New York-based provider of distributed ledger solutions for synchronizing business processes and multi-party workflows. Prior to that Gavin spent eight years at LCH / LSEG where his teams delivered the first clearing service for Foreign Exchange and rebuilt similar for Credit Default Swaps. Before that, Gavin worked at Citi for fifteen years in a variety of leadership roles spanning FX trading, e-commerce, algorithmic trading and prime brokerage. Gavin’s career started in the British Army where he served for eight years as an officer in the Royal Artillery.
