Trevor Neil

Trevor Neil is a Fellow of the Society of Technical Analysts and an ACI member. He started his career at 18 as a floor trader for Meryll Lynch on the floor of the London Commodities Exchange. He has been an institutional trader ever since. He has twice managed large hedge funds, trading futures and equities systematically. He was on the board, which created the STA and served under the first five chairmen. For four years he was Global Head of Technical Analysis at Bloomberg. He is a director of RRG Research BV. Currently, he is a fund manager and the Technical Analyst at EnBW, the large German utility, and works with institutions worldwide, integrating technical analysis into their work processes. Until this year and for 17 years, he presented the popular monthly webinar Trevor Neil’s Technical Analysis Surgery, hosted by the London Stock Exchange Group.
